The Good Fight Parkinson’s Center is Now Open!

In partnership with RockHaus Fitness, we are proud to officially open The Good Fight Parkinson’s Center — a community-focused space dedicated to strength, movement, support, and hope for individuals living with Parkinson’s disease and their families.

Through specialized boxing-inspired fitness programs, balance training, and functional movement classes, our mission is to help people fight back against Parkinson’s in a supportive and empowering environment.

We continue to ask for your support in fighting back alongside this amazing community of people.

The Good Fight Parkinson’s

Our mission has always been to improve the lives of people with Parkinson’s here in South Orange County.

As our programs and reach have expanded, we wanted our name to better reflect the community we serve.

The name, The Good Fight Parkinson’s, represents the strength, courage, resilience and determination of our entire community — the person with Parkinson's and their loved ones.  Every day, we fight the good fight through movement, connection, and hope.

This new name honors the spirit of everyone who refuses to give up.  It’s not about one person — it’s about all of us fighting this disease together.

We continue to ask for your support in fighting back alongside this amazing community of people.

Our mission is to provide:

  • Programs and Resources for people living with Parkinson’s,  their families and support networks.

  • Exercise focused on strengthening both the body and mind while enhancing overall well-being.

  • Educational and Financial support to individuals and organizations joining us in this fight.
